The living and sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate all guests comfortably, offering 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed in a box spring configuration, which consists of 2 separate bed sections of 80 x 200 cm each. These 2 sections can be pushed apart and reconfigured as individual single beds if required, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit different needs. A flat screen satellite TV is positioned within the living and sleeping room for your convenience. Direct access to the glazed balcony is available from the apartment, where balcony furniture is provided and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a combination microwave. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
