The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged to serve as the central gathering space of the home, opening onto a small balcony through a direct exit, where balcony furniture is provided so you can fully enjoy the marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The 1 double bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat, while the second bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed of 140 cm width, sleeping 2 guests and making it a practical solution for additional occupants. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, providing everything needed for self-catering stays. The single bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
