The first room is a walk-through space featuring 1 French bed measuring 130 cm, with direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds of 90 cm each and also opens onto a balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds alongside 1 French bed measuring 200 cm, and similarly benefits from its own balcony access. The kitchen is outfitted with 2 hot plates and includes a dining table, making it a practical space for preparing and enjoying meals. The bathroom features a shower, and a separate WC is also available. From the property, guests enjoy a scenic view of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
