On the main level, an open dining room with an open-hearth fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a large kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and a dining table. The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom measures 9 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed of 150 cm. The second bedroom is an interconnecting room of 30 m2 featuring 2 single beds of 90 cm and 1 double sofa bed, along with a shower and WC, satellite TV, and direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The third bedroom measures 15 m2 and is furnished with 1 sofa bed of 90 cm and 1 French bed of 140 cm, served by a private bathroom with a bath and WC. The fourth bedroom measures 20 m2 and includes 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2, as well as 1 French bed of 200 cm, a shower and WC, and direct access to the balcony. The balcony faces west, while the terrace enjoys a south-facing position, and the property offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
