This spacious 5-room vacation rental spans 100 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed throughout the property. On the main level, you will find an open dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a large kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and a dining table, creating a warm and convivial living space ideal for gatherings.
On the upper floor, the first bedroom measures 9 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed of 150 cm. The second bedroom is a generous interconnecting room of 30 m2, fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm and 1 double sofa bed, along with a private shower and WC and direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The third bedroom measures 15 m2 and offers 1 sofa bed of 90 cm and 1 French bed of 140 cm, served by a private bathroom with bath and WC. The fourth bedroom measures 20 m2 and features 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2, as well as 1 French bed of 200 cm, with a private shower and WC and direct access to the balcony.
The property benefits from a west-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace, both offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and this rule applies throughout all indoor and outdoor areas. A maximum of 1 pet, specifically a dog, is permitted during your stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
