The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and includes 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm, providing a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploration. From the living area, you have direct access to the garden, extending your living space into the outdoors. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant wooden floors add warmth and character to the interior. A small terrace of 8 m2 is also at your disposal, complete with terrace furniture, and offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.

The open kitchen, which features a bar, is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese. Capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, allowing you to manage laundry with ease during longer stays. The living area features a flat screen television for your entertainment. Heat is available within the apartment, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere regardless of the season. A hair dryer is also included among the in-unit facilities. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
