The first bedroom is furnished with 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds each measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, along with a private bathroom fitted with a bath and WC, as well as access to a second balcony with an east-facing position. A separate shower room with WC serves the remainder of the apartment. Throughout the property, carpet flooring adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
