"Eaux-Vives 202" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 80 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor with a desirable south-facing position that frames marvellous views of the mountains and the valley. The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

On the main level, a generous living and dining room of 22 m2 welcomes you with a panoramic south-facing window that floods the space with natural light. This area includes a dining nook, a flat screen cable television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. Direct access to the balcony is available from this level, allowing you to fully appreciate the surrounding scenery. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and both a fondue chinoise and cheese fondue set. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The upper floor hosts both bedrooms, each benefiting from direct balcony access. The first bedroom features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a private hand-basin and shower. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
