"Sources 4109" is a well-appointed 1-room studio vacation rental spanning 33 m2, situated on the first floor with a desirable south-facing orientation that ensures an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The studio accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 thoughtfully designed living and sleeping area equipped with 2 fold-away beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The space is furnished with care and attention to detail, combining comfort with tasteful aesthetics. A kitchenette is seamlessly integrated into the living area and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules available as an extra, a raclette grill, and a fondue set suitable for both chinoise and cheese preparations, along with a dining table that completes the convivial atmosphere. The studio also features 1 bathroom with WC. A private south-facing balcony of 11 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the swimming pool.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
