This welcoming space opens directly onto the balcony, allowing natural light to flood the interior and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals at home. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC. The south-facing balcony extends to 16 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, creating a superb outdoor space from which to admire the panoramic mountain scenery.
