The first bedroom is equipped with 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 90 cm in width, while the second bedroom contains 2 beds of 90 cm each along with a radio. The kitchen area is open-plan and fully equipped for self-catering. The apartment includes 1 shower room with WC. The balcony is furnished with terrace furniture and 3 deck chairs, making it an ideal space to enjoy the mountain scenery.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
