The dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and also benefits from direct access to the south-facing balcony, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. The apartment features 1 bathroom with WC. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar and comes fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese, making it perfectly suited for self-catering stays.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
