"Centaure B RI 1" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 80 m2, situated on the ground floor in a south-facing position. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is configured with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate WC. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining room, which is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 160 cm, offering additional sleeping flexibility. From the living area, you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm and also opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, and shares the same south-facing terrace access. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, with an additional separate WC available for guests. The open kitchen is compact yet fully functional, featuring 4 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The kitchen is further equipped with a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set. The large terrace of 35 m2 faces south and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a magnificent view of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
