The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to a large balcony offering stunning views of the lake and the mountains. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both rooms also benefit from their own access to the balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic surroundings from multiple points within the property. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom is well-appointed and serves the entire apartment comfortably.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
