On the ground floor, a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining room welcomes you with warm, cosy furnishings and an inviting atmosphere. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this level. The fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally into the living area and includes a bar and a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first double bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single units measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath and WC. The second double bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed of the same configuration (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and offers direct access to the balcony. A third smaller room provides 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, with each sleeping surface measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from balcony access. A shower and WC serve the second and third bedrooms on this floor. The first-floor balcony features a veranda that can be opened, and all outdoor spaces are furnished for your enjoyment. From the balcony, you are treated to a marvellous panoramic view encompassing the lake, the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
