"Lake Placid A7" is a spacious and bright 4-room penthouse of 90 m2, situated on the 4th floor, offering accommodation for a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features characteristic sloping ceilings and beautiful, tasteful furnishings throughout, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, with direct access to both a balcony and a generous terrace. The first bedroom is a children's room equipped with 1 bunk bed of 90 cm width and 195 cm in length, with a direct exit to a balcony in an east-facing position. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with 1 French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and there is an additional separate WC. The property also benefits from a west-facing balcony, an east-facing balcony, and a large north-facing terrace, all equipped with balcony furniture and offering stunning views of the mountains and the resort.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a complete fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
