"Lake Placid B5" is a thoughtfully renovated 2-room vacation rental situated on the 3rd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, specifically 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, arranged across a well-organized and cosy floor plan with beautiful furnishings throughout. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright living and dining room, complete with cable TV and a DVD player. An open alcove adjacent to the living area provides a dedicated sleeping space with 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ideal for younger guests. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own cable TV and DVD player for added comfort and privacy. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, specifically the alcove, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room. The apartment also benefits from a small west-facing balcony furnished with balcony furniture and offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The open kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances and tools, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. For a truly authentic experience, the kitchen also includes a raclette grill and a fondue set featuring both chinoise and cheese options. A washing machine is available for your use during your stay. The apartment is equipped with heating to ensure your comfort throughout all seasons. Entertainment is well catered for, with a television and DVD player provided in both the living room and the bedroom. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
