An open alcove adjacent to the living area provides a dedicated sleeping space with 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ideal for younger guests. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own cable TV and DVD player for added comfort and privacy. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, specifically the alcove, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room. The apartment also benefits from a small west-facing balcony furnished with balcony furniture and offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
