Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom, in keeping with the gallery and alcove style layout of the apartment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
