The living and dining room is a bright and comfortable space centered around an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, and includes access to the north-facing balcony. The 1 bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine with Delizio capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese variations. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
