From this floor, you have direct access to a north-facing balcony as well as a terrace with a south-west facing orientation, both offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are arranged across 3 rooms. The first room features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second room is similarly configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions. A third, smaller room provides additional sleeping arrangements with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) as well as 1 set of bunk beds (90 cm x 190 cm). This floor also houses a full bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, WC, and shower. Underfloor heating ensures a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the lower level.
