The dedicated children's room is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from access to a north-facing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, while the bathroom and a separate WC complete the functional layout of this well-designed apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen features 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, providing everything needed to prepare a wide variety of meals. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
