The bathroom includes a bath and WC, accounting for the 1 bathroom in the unit. A balcony accessible directly from the living area faces both north and east, furnished with outdoor seating and offering a partial view of the mountains.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
