The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and likewise enjoys direct access to the same west-facing balcony position. The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living area, a well-appointed bathroom, and a separate WC. All balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture, making them ideal spaces to enjoy the surrounding alpine landscape.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
