The first bedroom is equipped with 2 pull-out beds and also benefits from direct access to a west-facing balcony. The second bedroom features a French bed. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, rather than being enclosed within traditional bedrooms, are situated in open-plan spaces such as a gallery or alcove. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

This vacation rental is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The fully fitted open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules are available at an additional cost. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
