The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto the terrace. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The apartment also benefits from a 27 m2 south-facing terrace, complete with terrace furniture, providing a generous outdoor living area with a side view of the mountains.

Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is also provided for guests' convenience. For outdoor dining and entertaining, a portable barbecue is available on the terrace. The living area features a fireplace in the form of a Scandinavian wood stove, adding warmth and character to the space, and heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure year-round comfort. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
