Unit Layout
"Eden Roc 28" is a 2-room vacation rental apartment spanning 78 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the top floor of the building. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the main floor and the upper level. On the main floor, the living and dining area is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, and provides direct access to a north-facing balcony. The kitchen is fitted with 3 hot plates, an oven, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, and a fondue set for cheese, and is connected to the living area via a hatch. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC completes the ground-level layout. On the upper floor, a large open gallery houses 2 wall-trunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a north-facing balcony. The 1 enclosed bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and enjoys access to a south-facing balcony. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. The apartment features a total of 3 balconies, oriented toward both the north and the south, all equipped with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, specifically the gallery, are located in an open-plan setting rather than an enclosed room.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
