"Olympic R4" is a 3-room apartment of 80 m2 situated on the 4th floor, partly renovated in 2021 and thoughtfully furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a well-balanced layout designed for comfort and functionality. The spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to a west-facing balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to a balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and comes equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath, bidet, and WC, with an additional separate WC also available. The large balcony benefits from both a south-facing and west-facing position, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering stunning views of the mountains and the ski run.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the "Olympic R4" building and is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
