The main room is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto a small north-facing balcony, offering a serene outdoor retreat. The entrance hall serves a dual function as an additional sleeping area, housing 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and provides access to a large west-facing terrace of 35 m2. Both the balcony and the terrace are furnished for outdoor enjoyment, and the property offers a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes a small dining table, creating a practical and welcoming area for meals. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including chinoise and cheese options. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring warmth and comfort across all seasons. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
