"Quille du Diable 44" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 80 m2, situated on the 3rd floor with a north-west facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was partly renovated in 2023 and offers a spacious, well-appointed interior spread across its floor level. The generous living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, and opens onto a balcony with both a north and a west facing position, offering very beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony with a south facing position. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly opens onto a balcony with a south facing position. The kitchen is a fully equipped separate space with its own exit to a balcony. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

The apartment is thoroughly equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen features 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. Additional culinary equipment includes a raclette grill, a fondue set with both chinoise and cheese options. A barbecue in portable format is available for outdoor use on the terrace, which is also furnished with terrace furniture for your enjoyment. A television with cable connection is provided in the living and dining area for your entertainment. A washing machine is available within the property, along with a hair dryer for your convenience. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
