The apartment was partly renovated in 2023 and offers a spacious, well-appointed interior spread across its floor level. The generous living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, and opens onto a balcony with both a north and a west facing position, offering very beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony with a south facing position. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly opens onto a balcony with a south facing position. The kitchen is a fully equipped separate space with its own exit to a balcony. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
