The space also includes a small, open kitchen fitted with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with a convenient dining nook. The studio counts 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A south-facing balcony accessible directly from the living area completes the layout, furnished with balcony furniture and ideal for enjoying natural light throughout the day.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
