The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this space, there is direct access to an east-facing balcony, where guests can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains along with outdoor balcony furniture.

The 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dedicated alcove, situated in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room, houses 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 70 cm in width and 180 cm in length, making it an ideal sleeping arrangement for younger guests. This area also provides access to a west-facing balcony, equally equipped with balcony furniture and offering its own scenic mountain outlook. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including this alcove, are located within open-plan spaces rather than fully enclosed rooms.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. It includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a complete fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The bathroom features a bath and WC combined within a single, well-maintained space.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
