On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own exit to a west-facing balcony. Also on this level is a small windowless room of 5 m2 containing 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with WC serves this floor. The top floor comprises 2 additional small rooms, each with a ceiling height ranging from 125 to 230 cm. The first of these rooms contains 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second contains 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A gallery area on this floor provides space for 1 further bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC and a west-facing balcony complete the top floor.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
