"Ramuge A45" is a 2-room vacation rental apartment of 40 m2, situated on the 4th floor in a south-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment was partly renovated in 2024 and features practical furnishings throughout. The entrance hall is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a flexible sleeping area. The living and dining room includes 1 sofabed measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside an open-hearth fireplace intended for decoration purposes only, and direct access to the south-facing balcony. The 1 bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The apartment features 1 bathroom with a combined bath and WC. From the balcony, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the garden, and balcony furniture is provided for your outdoor comfort.

The apartment is well equipped to support a comfortable stay. The kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. A washing machine is available for your convenience, along with heating to ensure a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Entertainment is provided by a cable television. - 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
