Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are situated within an open-plan area. The living area also features an open-hearth fireplace, intended solely for decorative purposes, and provides direct access to the balcony, which benefits from both an east-facing and a south-facing position, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Capsules for the coffee machine, specifically Delizzio, are available at an extra charge. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
