The property features 1 bedroom area and 1 bathroom, distributed across a cosy and thoughtfully arranged floor plan that was partly renovated in 2020 with tasteful furnishings throughout.

The living and sleeping room serves as the heart of the chalet, featuring 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. This space also includes a dining nook and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a grill, an electric coffee machine with Delizio capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Within the kitchen area, there are 2 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A Scandinavian wood stove adds warmth and character to the space. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The chalet also benefits from a generous terrace of 50 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
