The south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the surrounding landscape.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
