The living and dining area is bright and practically furnished, featuring a sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the large south-facing balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture and offers a very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside, and the resort. The 1 bedroom is fitted with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and it also opens onto the balcony. The apartment further includes a small open kitchen and a shower/WC.

The open kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available at an extra charge. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
