The living and dining room opens directly onto a south-facing balcony, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains, with terrace furniture provided for your outdoor enjoyment. The apartment includes 2 shower/WC bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a fondue set for cheese is also provided. A dining table completes the kitchen and living area, creating a welcoming and functional space.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
