An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A south-facing terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
