The space is designed to make the most of its compact footprint while ensuring comfort and functionality for its occupants. The apartment includes 2 shower/WC bathrooms, providing ample convenience for guests. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A south-facing terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
