The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, featuring satellite TV and a radio, with direct access to a south-facing balcony that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a west-facing balcony. The second bedroom also features 2 beds and provides direct access to a south-facing balcony. The third bedroom mirrors the first in configuration, with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a fondue set for cheese is also provided. The property includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC. Comfortable terrace furniture is available on both the south-facing and west-facing balconies, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning mountain panorama.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
