A separate living area is also present, complete with a flat-screen cable television. The balcony offers a pleasant side view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside, and comes furnished with outdoor balcony furniture.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
