"Tsaumiau A22" is a 4-room vacation rental apartment of 95 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is furnished with spacious, comfortable, and tasteful interiors that create a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The generous living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and access to the balcony, which is west facing. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from balcony access. The apartment features 2 shower rooms, each complete with a WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the terrace. Outdoor living is well catered for with 2 balconies of 10 m2 each, one east facing and one west facing, as well as a large terrace of 15 m2 with a south facing position, all offering beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For laundry needs, the apartment provides a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron. A hair dryer is also available for personal use. The living area is warmed by a Scandinavian wood stove, which also serves as the fireplace feature of the property, and heat is available throughout the apartment to ensure year-round comfort. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
