"Victoria A 20" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spanning 100 m2, located on the 4th floor and accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully renovated in 2015, the apartment features modern and luxurious furnishings throughout, creating an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove, a home cinema setup with DVD and Blu-ray player, and electric shutters, with direct access to an 18 m2 south-facing terrace offering marvellous panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the resort. The first bedroom is a large room featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private bathroom with bath and WC, a double hand-basin, and cable TV, with its own access to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with a sliding door and contains a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom, also with a sliding door, features a double wall-trunk bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm and provides access to the north-facing balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A separate shower room with WC completes the layout.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
