Apartment "Victoria B 23" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 70 m² on the 2nd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to a south-facing balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The first bedroom is a north-facing room furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as its own access to a north-facing balcony. The second bedroom is also north-facing and is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and likewise benefits from direct balcony access. A separate shower and WC serves as the second bathroom for the apartment. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space, completing the functional and elegant layout of this mountain retreat.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided for guests to enjoy traditional alpine dining experiences. The living area is warmed by an open-hearth fireplace, and heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure comfort during cooler periods. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
