The bathroom includes a hydro massage bath and a WC, complemented by an additional separate WC. The apartment also benefits from a south-facing terrace of 16 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
