The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each, with a length of 200 cm, and similarly opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with a practical hatch. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The south-facing terrace of 17 m2 is furnished with terrace furniture and 1 deck chair, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
