From both the living room and the double bedroom, you have direct access to a small balcony of 10 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs, where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the resort. The 1st double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine, with a dining table providing a comfortable area for meals.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
