The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are double rooms, each also configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is a combined bath and WC, and a separate additional WC is also available within the apartment. A west-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors and is equipped with terrace furniture, offering pleasant views that make it an ideal spot to unwind at any time of day.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
