From this central space, you have direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 30 m2, as well as a patio, both offering marvellous panoramic views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside.
The first bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with a hand-basin. The third bedroom features 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also includes a hand-basin. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, with a separate additional WC also available within the property.
