This elegant 5-room villa of 150 m2 is spread across 2 levels and welcomes up to 8 guests, offering a refined and comfortable setting with beautiful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a large living and dining room, which flows naturally onto the terrace. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for self-catering stays. Also on this level, there is 1 bedroom featuring 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms across its total of 4 bedrooms, each appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. These include 1 room with a single French bed and 2 double bedrooms, each also furnished with 1 French bed of the same dimensions. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. The villa includes a terrace of 15 m2 as well as a larger terrace of 40 m2, partly roofed and south facing, offering a beautiful view of the garden. Deck chairs and terrace furniture are provided for outdoor relaxation. The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside of this period, heating can still be provided at an additional cost of EUR 10 per day, payable on the spot directly at the property. The large terrace of 40 m2 is partly roofed and benefits from a south facing orientation, making it an ideal outdoor space for much of the year.
