Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, can be easily reached by car, by bus, by taxi. But you can also get to Pompei and Ercolano with their fascinating ruins as well as to the islands of Capri and Ischia!
The apartment stands in a gorgeous position, surrounded by green areas and just in front of the sea!
This spacious and luxury house is part of an old restored farm-house, surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, with a breathtaking view.

The Casale is in Torca (food-shops, a green-grocer, a tobacconist, a newsagent), which is less than one km far from Sant'Agata dei Due Golfi (supermarkets, all shops, a bank): you can also have a pleasant walk!
A car is always recommended, this would make easier for you to visit many wonderful and fascinating places, as well as the nearby beaches.
Bus service is available from Torca and Sant'Agata.

Interior Description
The house (140 sqm) is on two levels and there are large balconies from where you can enjoy an astonishing view of the sea painted with boats, ships and the typical lamparas at night.
The first floor has got three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sunny, spacious balcony.
On the second floor with its original attic ceiling there are two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.
In addition to its gorgeous position and wonderful surroundings,the house is decorated with the colours and the materials typical of this sunny region and is completed with refined and exquisite furnishings.
Living room/kitchen (with air conditioning):
The sunny living room/kitchen opens on to the wide terrace with a panoramic view through three large French windows.
An antique, marble fireplace stands in the middle of this spacious living room.
The dining table,the comfortable sofas, the hand-decorated tiles are evidence of the fine taste of the owners of the house and their love for it.
The light blue room:
The country style, brightened by the delicate pastel colours, carachterizes this romantic room. The antique furnishings are a doublebeds, a small wardrobe and a writing bureau.
The blue room:
this room is furnished in a perfect marine style. The single bed, a large desk and a built-in wardrobe.Through the parthole window....the sea breeze.
The pink room (with air conditioning):
This room has got a double wrought-iron bed,a built-in wardrobe,a small chest of drawers and a bathroom with shower.
The attic ceiling (with air conditioning):
Nice wooden stairs take you to the attic ceiling which has a nice terrace, twin beds, a chest of drawers and a bathroom with buth-tub.
