The second bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 1 x 2 configuration, making it a practical and versatile option for additional guests. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC, ensuring all essential facilities are conveniently available. The living and dining area is generously proportioned, featuring a dining table and direct access to a large private terrace of 30 m2, where terrace furniture is provided and a very beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
